• Rate per Square Foot: $0.10

• Number of Bedrooms: 3

• Cost per Bedroom: $30

• Number of Bathrooms: 2

• Cost per Bathroom: $60

Calculation:

 

1. Square Footage Cost: 2,000 sq ft x 0.10/sq ft = $200

2. Bedroom Cost: 3 Bedrooms x $30/ Bedroom = $90

3. Bathroom Cost: 2 Bathrooms x $60 / Bathroom = $120

4. Total Cost: $200 + $90 + $120 = $410
